Cassette Players and Recorders

Philips' creation of the compact cassette started a revolution that lasted for more than 40 years. The brilliant idea was put on the market in 1963 in a portable version. For the first time anyone was able to record anything in an easy and economic way. The sound quality became much improved during the years, resulting in the N2510, the first deck that was capable of high-fidelity recordings.
